Well, personally speaking, i believe that government should provide funding to support citizens lead a healthier lifestyle. My reasons are as following:
　　First of all, health is the foundation of people’s well-being. Only do citizens lead a healthier life can they devote their energy and creativity into production, therefore boost a more dynamic and positive society.

Furthermore, government can provide better medical care and fitness facilities for citizens. Take Obama health care reform as an example, since 2010, the US government planed to invest more than $1 trillion over 10 years in order to cover every citizen’s insurance as well as improve the medical service level. With this policy, people will be more aware of the importance of health without worrying about the cost.

此題還可以從辯證的對立面去思考，突破點仍然是審題中的三個關(guān)鍵詞：government, funding, citizen, healthier lifestyle, 不過矛盾可以轉(zhuǎn)向誰出錢、選擇何種生活方式上。

Well, to be honest, i can’t agree with this statement. I have two reasons to backup my argument.
　　To begin with, as individuals, citizens are responsible to their own lifestyles and they can achieve their goal by merely forming some simple habits in their daily life such as keep a balanced diet, exercise regularly and even get enough sleep. There’s no need for the government to spend money on helping them to do so.

What’s more, a responsible government should spend limited funding more other more fundamental and emergent areas such as education, scientific research and infrastructure in rural areas. For instance, in many developing countries, people can barely get enough food or live in poor-conditioned housing, they should be supported financially by the government.
