Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

題目分析：
　　流程圖3個月左右會出現一次，審題方面：
　　1. 注意細節(jié)，不要遺漏信息；
　　2. 不要畏懼生詞；
　　3. 復雜程序適當合并。
　　
　　行文方面：
　　·時態(tài)：多用一般現在時；
　　·語態(tài)：被動語態(tài)居多；
　　·句式：綜合運用不同句式，如從句、非謂語動詞等；
　　·用詞：靈活運用表示順序的詞，如
　　at first, initially, in the first stage/step;
　　previous, preceding, before, prior to;
　　then, next, following, after, subsequent;
　　finally, eventually

Sample answer:

Given is a flow chart illustrating a series of steps by which fruit is canned.

Prior to the actual canning process, it is first necessary for fresh fruit to be picked manually from trees. It is then transported to the cannery to get washed. After that, the clean fruit needs to pass a strict quality checking process. The ones with scars will be rejected while those with satisfactory quality will subsequently go through a cold storing process at a temperature below 0℃. Next, the fruit will be weighed and graded to ensure that the selected ones are of similar size. In the following stage, the fruit will be peeled, cored and sliced in order to be put into the cans.

When the cans are filled, they will be sealed and cooked over heat for sterilization. Once the cans cool down, they are labeled individually and stored together before the final despatch.

Thus, the diagram clearly demonstrates the canning procedure from fresh fruit to the final cans to be consumed in the market.

　　Currently, some scientists or travelers like to travel to remote natural environment such as the South Pole. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

Sample answer：
　　The advancement of science and technology has rendered traveling to remote areas no longer a dream. Recent years have been witnessing the increasing popularity of distant places among scientists and travelers for natural exploration. While there are certainly valid arguments to the contrary, I personally believe that the drawbacks of remote traveling override its benefits.（while做并列連詞，表對比）

Granted, the mystery of faraway areas makes them extremely attractive to adventurers. It is human nature to explore the unknown, and the human history is a relentless process of discovering the new. Only by the unceasing examination are we able to achieve breakthroughs and march forward in terms of both individuals as well as the society as a whole.（倒裝句）

On the other hand, the sheer charm of remote places itself cannot ensure pleasant journeys. First and foremost, distant areas are poorly equipped more often than not. Many devices are just unable to work in extreme natural environment like the South Pole, which partially explains our limited knowledge of such places.（非限制性定語從句）Thus, visitors would be in peril in case of an emergency, since the visitors may not get treated timely or simply not treated at all if they get no companions.（原因狀語從句）In addition, human activities may exert adverse influence on the natural environment, and it is always too late before we realize the consequences of our actions.

In the final analysis, I concede that it is probably an irreversible trend to travel to remote places with the development of modern society.（賓語從句）Nonetheless, we should be cautious about distant visits considering safety factors at the present stage and potential effects that we may produce on the environment（定語從句）.
