　　1. On the one hand are convincing arguments that profit maximization within the bounds of the law should be a business executive’s sole responsibility. First, imposing on businesses additional duties to society in which they operate can, paradoxically, harm that society.
　　2. Secondly, by affirming that profit maximization within legal bounds is the most ethical behavior possible for business, more private enterprises and individuals will be encouraged enter the marketplace in the quest of profits.
　　3. On the other hand are compelling arguments for holding business executives to certain responsibilities in addition to profit maximization and to compliance with the letter of law.

　　The following appeared as a letter to the editor from the owner of a skate shop in Central Plaza.
　　"Two years ago the city council voted to prohibit skateboarding in Central Plaza. They claimed that skateboard users were responsible for litter and vandalism that were keeping other visitors from coming to the plaza. In the past two years, however, there has been only a small increase in the number of visitors to Central Plaza, and litter and vandalism are still problematic. Skateboarding is permitted in Monroe Park, however, and there is no problem with litter or vandalism there. In order to restore Central Plaza to its former glory, then, we recommend that the city lift its prohibition on skateboarding in the plaza."
　　Write a response in which you discuss what questions would need to be answered in order to decide whether the recommendation and the argument on which it is based are reasonable. Be sure to explain how the answers to these questions would help to evaluate the recommendation.

　　第二點(diǎn)：對(duì)于CP，游客減少真的是因?yàn)閜rohibiting skateboarding，沒(méi)有其它原因嗎?即使the problems are still amazing, the problems of CP沒(méi)有其它原因嗎?對(duì)于MP, MP在允許skateboarding時(shí)，沒(méi)有其它措施嗎?

In addition, Grilldon has a very large population of retirees, a demographic with ample time to devote to hobbies.
