3月26日托福獨立寫作預測題目一：教育類

A/D: It is easier for parents to raise children than 50 years before.

思路：Agree
Reason 1: Children today are capable of dealing with different issues more independently.
Reason2: Children today are more exposed to various resources.

托福獨立寫作主體段范文:

To begin with, the rapid development of modern economy enables children in this day and age to have access to various learning resources. Along with the growth of social economy, both individual wealth and the government’s fiscal position improves dramatically, which leads to more and more value and investment being put on educaiton. Besides children’s course of study, large amount of  significance is also attached to some other aspects like cultivating children’s art appreciation ability and speciality, and the sprinp up of numerous arts training center also manifests this point. In addition, the government also contributes a lot to improve educational facilities such as constructing public libraries which are equipped with diversified types of books and advanced computer checking system. In contrast, children in the past were not lucky enough to enjoy the welfare above, which, to some extent, cause the difficulty of raising a child.

A/D: It is often not a good idea to move to a new city or a new country because you will lose touch with old friends.

思路： disagree
Reason 1: Moving to a new place does not mean losing old friends.
Reason 2: Moving to a new place opens a new world to people and enables him to make new friends.

Initially, moving to a new place does not mean losing touch with old friends and it seems ridiculous to stop the pace of exploring new areas. Obviously, modern technology makes it possible for people to get in touch with each other in a variety of ways. Some may argue that for parents living in different countries, it is not the truth. In fact, living in separate countries allows friendship to be closer instead of being alienated. For example, friends can interact with each other through online video or mobile social network. As the saying goes, distance creates beauty, remote distance actually makes topics among friends more diversified. Their talking may envolve the new life and new world, the encouragement and support when one faces dilemma, the result is that their link with each other is strengthened. Besides, convenient traffic condition is another factor which makes it convincing that the long distance should not be considered as an obstacle of moving to new places.

A/D: The opinions of celebrities, such as entertainmeners and atheletes, are more important to the young people than they are to the older people.

這個題目審題要注意：題目讓我們論證的是明星名人的觀點對年輕人還是對老人的影響大。老師之前的同學可是把它理解成了是名人還是老年人對年輕人的影響大。那誰，你還記得嗎？

思路：Agree:
Reason 1: 在體育領域，運動明星顯然對年輕人的影響更大。（主題段大家可論證體育明星在哪些方面對年輕人有影響。
Reason 2: 娛樂圈亦是如是，明星對年輕人的影響明顯比他們對老年人的影響要大。

For one thing, famous athletes seem to exert more influence on young people. It is an obvious fact that young people tend to be more enthusiastic about sports and thus are engaged in more sports activities. Take NBA fans for example, it’s true that there are some elder people who are also fans of those NBA basketball players and are eager to follow every wonderful match. However, compared with their influence on elder ones, the impact that they bring to the young appears to be more evident. Those who are fans of William James will not only imitate his shooting movement but also regard wearing clothes and shoes named after him as a kind of fashion. Also, some atheletes’ sportsmanship like the perseverance of Kobe Bryant also encourages young people to move forward constantly.
