最近有些童鞋反應(yīng)，為什么我自我感受很好，考試中說(shuō)了很多，但最后總是萬(wàn)年5分？為什么我花了很多時(shí)間準(zhǔn)備，還是考不到理想的分?jǐn)?shù)？
首先，老師表示深深的同情，但是，老師想要問(wèn)的是，你確定在考試中清晰地表達(dá)出了自己的觀點(diǎn)嗎？那么問(wèn)題來(lái)了，清晰度是什么？它重要嗎？今天我跟大家談?wù)勎覍?duì)雅思評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中清晰度的理解。
我們來(lái)看下評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn) （the four grading criteria）:
One main point is that in all the criteria a key idea is being clear. The main idea is whether you can express yourself clearly so that someone else can understand you.
評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的一個(gè)主要的點(diǎn)就是清晰度，即你是否能夠清晰地表達(dá)出你的觀點(diǎn)，并讓對(duì)方理解你。
清晰度確實(shí)很重要，無(wú)論是語(yǔ)法、發(fā)音還是詞匯，因?yàn)榍逦瓤梢员Ｕ侠斫猓斫馐菧贤ǖ谋举|(zhì)和底線。問(wèn)題是：是否用簡(jiǎn)單的詞句就能達(dá)到清晰度呢？我認(rèn)為，清晰度的展現(xiàn)需要與你目前的語(yǔ)言能力達(dá)到一致。
1.如果你具備一定的英語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力，那么清晰度就等同于相對(duì)復(fù)雜的語(yǔ)句結(jié)構(gòu)和詞匯的替換與細(xì)化。舉一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的栗子，part1 和part2有很多題目需要描述地點(diǎn)，我們就說(shuō)說(shuō)杭州。杭州很美，地球人都知道。但是你能夠清晰地告訴沒(méi)有來(lái)過(guò)杭州的外國(guó)朋友杭州到底美在什么地方嗎？
Hangzhou is a beautiful city with
enchanting natural beauty like West Lake and
abundant cultural heritages like Lingyin Temple.
However, the downtown area is pretty modern with high-rise buildings and many pubs.
很顯然，這個(gè)描述把杭州美在什么地方說(shuō)得很清楚。
2.如果你并不具備說(shuō)復(fù)雜句的能力，那么用簡(jiǎn)單的詞句可以傳遞基本的清晰度，增加復(fù)雜詞句只會(huì)增加困惑。
Hangzhou is a beautiful city with natural beauty like West Lake and cultural heritages like Lingyin Temple. However，there are many tall buildings and pubs in the downtown, so it’s pretty modern.
所以，英語(yǔ)是細(xì)節(jié)語(yǔ)言，我們要通過(guò)表達(dá)的細(xì)化來(lái)展示更多的清晰度
