熟悉雅思聽力的同學(xué)們都知道,雅思聽力總共分成4個(gè)部分,每個(gè)部分來(lái)說(shuō)在題型以及難度上講也是不同,尤其是s3部分,結(jié)合近幾年的考試來(lái)看,大部分情況出現(xiàn)題型以選擇題為主。s3選擇題由于本身文章以及題目相對(duì)較長(zhǎng),同時(shí)又結(jié)合較難的同義替換,很多同學(xué)在做題中總是會(huì)毫無(wú)頭緒。對(duì)此,我們可以結(jié)合s3以及選擇題型特點(diǎn)來(lái)進(jìn)行處理。
首先在雅思聽力中s1以及s3部分基本都是以對(duì)話結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn),尤其是s3部分的文章一般以校園學(xué)術(shù)對(duì)話為主,且大部分文章的對(duì)話人數(shù)為2人為主(偶爾存在3人對(duì)話文章)。所以校園學(xué)術(shù)對(duì)話從對(duì)象上來(lái)說(shuō)基本存在兩種情況:
1. 師生對(duì)話 ,一般為學(xué)生課題遇到問(wèn)題去請(qǐng)教老師;
2. 兩個(gè)學(xué)生一組做一個(gè)project,相互討論相關(guān)內(nèi)容。我們可以先來(lái)看一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的例子來(lái)弄清楚對(duì)話邏輯。
在C11T2S3這一篇Helen 與 Colin兩位學(xué)生課題討論的文章中:
在用題干中的“aim”定位之后,Colin先通過(guò)“ But we need something about what causes different organisms to choose particular habitats.” 提出自己建議,在選項(xiàng)中對(duì)應(yīng)為A,這時(shí)候建議學(xué)生在做題時(shí)可以先定位到該選項(xiàng),但記住文章對(duì)對(duì)話結(jié)構(gòu),所以必定要去聽取另一對(duì)話對(duì)象的態(tài)度,隨即Helen給出的態(tài)度為“ I agree”,即肯定態(tài)度,這時(shí)才可確認(rèn)正確答案為A。
Helen之后也提出“And something about finding out how to protect organisms in danger of dying out?” ,即B選項(xiàng),一樣的道理,之后Colin的態(tài)度也是很明確的一個(gè)否定,所以也將誤導(dǎo)選項(xiàng)B排除。
Colin: I just put something about getting experience of the different sorts of procedures used on a field trip. But we need something about what causes different organisms to choose particular habitats.
Helen: I agree. And something about finding out how to protect organisms in danger of dying out?
Colin: In our aims? But we weren’t really looking at that.

同理:在C10T2S3兩位學(xué)生討論考古學(xué)家Thor Heyerdahl的文章中,學(xué)生Olivia在定位到之后先講到“ do you think it was important to him that he achieved it before anyone else did ?” 對(duì)應(yīng)同義替換選項(xiàng)為A,但緊接著Victor提到態(tài)度:“um, i haven’t read anywhere that was his motivation” 否定了該選項(xiàng),同時(shí)” the most important factor seems to have been that he only used ancient technique and local materials to build his raft” 即C選項(xiàng),Olivia隨記肯定:“yes” ,所以得出正確選項(xiàng)C。
27. What was most important to Heyerdahl about his raft journey?
A. the fact that he was the first person to do it
B. the speed of crossing the pacific
C. the use of authentic construction methods
小結(jié):所以靈活運(yùn)用對(duì)話邏輯結(jié)構(gòu),確認(rèn)對(duì)方態(tài)度在做對(duì)話類文章中能夠幫助同學(xué)們?cè)谔幚韺W(xué)術(shù)類選擇時(shí)能夠更加清晰明了句子與選項(xiàng)的關(guān)系,同時(shí)結(jié)合排除法幫助排除誤導(dǎo)項(xiàng),幫助確認(rèn)正確答案。
