雅思閱讀摘要類填空題講解

 今天我們繼續(xù)對雅思閱讀填空題中的摘要類填空題進行講解，摘要類填空題是對文章的一段或者某幾段的歸納總結(jié)而出題，整體出題為順序性原則，重點考察學(xué)生的定位能力，修飾關(guān)系和同義替換能力等的把握，今日我們就劍14的T1P3中的一篇摘要類填空題進行講解，希望在之后的學(xué)習(xí)中對同學(xué)們有所幫助。

Fun at work

Tews, Michel and Stafford carried out research on staff in an American chain of

在做題之前我們首先要讀題干，即范圍限制和字數(shù)要求，此題題干one word only，因此所填答案不能超過一個字。

接著我們判斷空格詞性和尋找定位詞，空格處所填詞基本以名詞居多，36題在介詞of后面，因此答案為名詞性的修飾chain的詞，同時Tews, Michel and Stafford三個大寫人名可以幫助我們定位到倒數(shù)第二段的第二句For example, Tews,Michel and Stafford (2013) conducted a study focusing on staff from a chain of themed restaurants in the United States.對應(yīng)原文修飾chain的名詞為restaurants，因此36答案為restaurants。

37題空格前為their，因此此處依然應(yīng)該選擇一個名詞，同時題干所考查內(nèi)容為activities improved的賓語，我們根據(jù)順序性原則和定位詞activities定到了It was found that fun activities had a favorable impact on performance，這里have an favorable impact on 為improve的同替，對應(yīng)原文activities所發(fā)出的動作的賓語為performance，因此performance 為此題答案。

38題根據(jù)and并列邏輯關(guān)系，我們直接對應(yīng)到原文manager support for fun had a favorable impact in reducing turnover，其中manager support對應(yīng)題干的management involvement，而have an impact on與lead to構(gòu)成同替，lower和reduce也都為減少之意，因此答案為turnover。

接著39題和40題之間出現(xiàn)了both …and，因此39和40題的答案為并列的名詞，同時39題答案被company公司修飾，40題答案被staff員工修飾，我們根據(jù)順序性原則在文章中找具有并列的地方，對應(yīng)原文the framing of that fun must be carefully aligned with both organizational goals and employee characteristics，該句中出現(xiàn)了并列連接詞both...and，同時其中organization為company的同替，因此修飾的goals為39題的答案，而staff和employee為同義替換，因此所修飾的characteristics即為40題答案。
