多聽

首先覺得想要提高聽力做題速度，最傳統(tǒng)也是最有效的解決方法就是多聽。

除了反復練耳朵別無捷徑(No easy way)。

大聲朗讀文章

聽和說是有一定聯(lián)系的。

因此大家平時可以大聲朗讀文章(read aloud)，并且保持一定的速度。

快速地朗讀在一定程度上是可以促進(promote)聽力水平的提高的，需要注意的是，朗讀時要記得考察自己的讀音是否正確標準(correct)，否則適得其反。

其次英語基礎不牢固會導致對英語詞匯的辨識度不夠，所以不論是“聽”還是“說”，都一定要結(jié)合正確的發(fā)音(pronunciation)。

多跟讀材料

聽和說是息息相關的。如果聽力不好那么口語(speaking)可能就不太好，反之亦然。

很多時候因為我們的發(fā)音不好甚至不對，句子重音移位甚至錯位，導致我們對本來是正確的英語句子和單詞產(chǎn)生了“無法辨識”的錯覺，大腦根本無法處理(deal with)這些信息。因為平時習慣了那些錯誤的聲音。就算能夠勉強做出正確的理解，聽力材料也可能已經(jīng)過了一大半了。

對于這一類原因，建議平時多跟讀正確的材料，例如各種新聞廣播(news broadcast)來達到糾正發(fā)音和練習聽力的雙重效果，此外在平時做練習時有意識地將自己的發(fā)音與標準發(fā)音有出入的詞記下來并強化訓練，保證以后不再有類似錯誤(mistakes)。

積累詞匯量

最后就是英語詞匯量(vocabulary)不夠從而影響到做題速度，所以就需要考生在平時積累一定的詞匯量。

很多考生有這樣的經(jīng)歷，單詞聽到了理解了就是寫不出來就是因為單詞的形體和讀音之間還沒有建立起穩(wěn)定的聯(lián)系(stable connection)。

對于這種情況，一是要在平時記單詞的時候大聲朗讀(注意保證讀音的質(zhì)量)，通過綜合刺激形成穩(wěn)固印象(expression)；二是平時練習時多搜集此類聽得懂但寫不出的詞。
