雅思閱讀判斷題的比較考點(diǎn)

雅思閱讀中，判斷題型就其出題頻率和數(shù)量來(lái)講，是一種重要的題型，也是同學(xué)們必須掌握的基礎(chǔ)題型。在雅思閱讀判斷題中，重要的考察點(diǎn)有很多，判斷比較級(jí)的對(duì)錯(cuò)是常出的其中一種模式，今天我們來(lái)探討判斷題的比較考點(diǎn)，相信大家認(rèn)真閱讀完文章，能對(duì)比較考點(diǎn)有一個(gè)更清晰的認(rèn)識(shí)，提升此類(lèi)題目的做題速度。

兩者之間，最常見(jiàn)的比較關(guān)系有兩種：

A比B更……

A和B一樣

三者之間的比較更多為：最……

所以判斷題中比較關(guān)系的考察也多為這三種。

例題說(shuō)明：

1.   Water use per person is higher in the industrial world than it was in Ancient Rome.(更……)

2.  The skills of ordinary individuals are in essence the same as the skills of prodigies.（和……一樣）

3.  Performance has improved most greatly in events requiring an intensive burst of energy.（最……）

此類(lèi)題目的做題方法也比較簡(jiǎn)單明確，大家需要記住：

在定位當(dāng)句話(huà)，看比較關(guān)系是否存在，比較內(nèi)容是否一致。

把握住這兩個(gè)要點(diǎn)，拿下這個(gè)考點(diǎn)就比較游刃有余啦～

方法操作：

題干：1.   Water use per person is higher in the industrial world than it was in Ancient Rome.

出題句：At the height of the Roman Empire, nine major systems, with an innovative layout of pipes and well-built sewers, supplied the occupants of Rome with as much water per person as is provided in many parts of the industrial world today.

根據(jù)第一題的定位詞，我們可以定位到其相對(duì)的出題句（定位詞的選擇可以看我的往期文章）。精讀出題句后，我們會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)，此句中存在比較關(guān)系，但是比較關(guān)系是同級(jí)比較。題干：A比B高；原文：A和B相同，所以很明確答案是False.

題干：2.  Ants can build large cities more quickly than humans do.

出題句：When we survey Mexico City, Tokyo, Los Angeles, we are amazed at what has been accomplished by humans. Yet Hoelldobler and Wilson's magnificent work for ant lovers, The Ants, describes a supercolony of the ant Formica yessensis on the Ishikari Coast of Hokkaido. This ‘megalopolis' was reported to be composed of 360 million workers and a million queens living in 4,500interconnected nests across a territory of 2.7 square kilometres.

這道題還是同樣的做題方法，在出題句中先找比較關(guān)系，讀完出題句會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)比較關(guān)系不存在，所以不必要進(jìn)行下一步核對(duì)，可以直接選NOT GIVEN。

題干：3.  The skills of ordinary individuals are in essence the same as the skills of prodigies.

出題句：What we appreciate, enjoy or marvel at in the works of genius or the achievements of prodigies are the manifestations of skills or abilities which are similar to, but so much superior to, our own.

該題是同級(jí)比較，讀出題句時(shí)，我們能很容易找到比較關(guān)系，比較內(nèi)容也一致，所以選TRUE。

4  Private schools in Japan are more modern and spacious than state-run lower secondary schools.

Lower secondary schools in Japan cover three school years, from the seventh grade (age 13) to the ninth grade (age 15). Virtually all pupils at this stage attend state schools: only 3 per cent are in the private sector. Schools are usually modern in design, set well back from the road and spacious inside.

5  Disease-spreading pests respond more quickly to pesticides than agricultural pests do.

According to a recent study by the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO), more than 300species of agricultural pests have developed resistance to a wide range of potent chemicals. Not to be left behind are the disease-spreading pests, about 100 species of which have become immune to a variety of insecticides now in use.
