M.ArchⅠ：受美國建筑認證委員會(NAAB)認證，屬于專業(yè)碩士項目，為期3年，共計28個學分，要求申請者擁有非建筑學專業(yè)(包括：人文科學、理學、人類學等)本科學位背景且學習過視覺藝術(shù)、繪畫、雕塑、圖形學、攝影、計算、力學、熱學、光學、西方建筑史、繪圖等基礎(chǔ)課程，且滿足物理、微積分、工作室設(shè)計等前置課程要求。

M.ArchⅡ：為期1.5年，共計15個課程學分，要求申請者擁有5年制建筑學本科學位背景。

建筑學碩士(Master of Science in Architecture)：為期1年，共計10個課程學分，要求申請者擁有建筑學本科學位背景。
